Soul Performance Academy

Terms of Use

These Terms explain the rules that apply when you visit Soul Performance Academy, create an account, purchase or access a product, attend a live session, or otherwise use our services.

Effective July 22, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully.

By accessing or using the Soul Performance Academy website, school, products, services, or account features, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access, purchase, enroll in, or use the applicable website, product, or service.

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and 717 Soul, LLC, which operates Soul Performance Academy. In these Terms, “Soul Performance Academy,” “Soul,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 717 Soul, LLC and the Soul Performance Academy services it operates.

These Terms apply to our public website, Teachable school, courses, Guided Programs, Live Sessions, digital downloads, communities, affiliate program, communications, and other products or services that link to these Terms.

Certain products or services may include additional participation requirements, schedules, refund policies, or other product-specific terms. Those terms are incorporated into these Terms and will control for the applicable product when they differ from these general Terms.

2. Teachable Platform

Soul Performance Academy uses Teachable to host portions of its website, process enrollments and payments, provide student accounts, deliver course materials, and support other platform functions.

Your use of the Teachable platform is also subject to Teachable’s applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, House Rules, and other platform policies.

Platform policies also apply. If these Terms conflict with a mandatory Teachable platform policy, Teachable’s applicable policy will control with respect to the Teachable platform or transaction.

Teachable is not responsible for the instruction, coaching, content, representations, or services provided by Soul Performance Academy. Questions about our products should be directed to Soul Performance Academy.

3. Eligibility and Minors

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use our products and services.

  • Users who are 18 years of age or older may create and manage their own accounts.
  • Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the platform or participate in Soul Performance Academy products and services.
  • Children under the age of 13 may not create or control a Teachable account.

A parent or legal guardian who authorizes a minor’s participation accepts responsibility for the minor’s account use, conduct, communications, and compliance with these Terms.

4. Accounts and Security

Some products require a student account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Unless a product is expressly sold with a family, group, team, school, or organizational license, each enrollment is intended for one individual.

You may not:

  • Share your account or login credentials;
  • Allow multiple people to use a single-user enrollment;
  • Sell, transfer, rent, or sublicense account access;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Use automated tools to copy, scrape, or download protected content.

5. Products, Enrollment, and Access

Product descriptions, prices, schedules, access periods, included resources, and participation expectations are displayed on the applicable product or checkout page.

Products may include On-Demand courses, Guided Programs, Live Sessions, digital downloads, coaching-related offerings, memberships, bundles, and other educational resources.

Access periods

Access duration may vary by product. The access period shown on the product page, checkout page, or enrollment confirmation controls.

Certificates

A certificate of completion, when offered, recognizes completion of the applicable Soul Performance Academy requirements. It does not represent academic credit, professional licensure, or government certification unless expressly stated.

Team and organizational access

Team, club, school, or organizational access may require a separate agreement or group license. Purchasing one individual enrollment does not authorize organization-wide use.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Prices and payment options are displayed before purchase. Applicable taxes, installment schedules, recurring-payment terms, and transaction information may also be displayed at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method according to the terms displayed at checkout.

Refund eligibility is governed by the policy displayed on the applicable product page, checkout page, enrollment confirmation, or product-specific terms.

When a transaction is processed through Teachable, Teachable’s applicable refund and payment-processing rules may also apply.

Guided Programs, Live Sessions, coaching-related offerings, and other scheduled services may include specific cancellation, attendance, rescheduling, or transfer requirements.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period unless required by the applicable policy or law.

Failure to complete a required payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Educational and Mental-Performance Disclaimer

Soul Performance Academy provides educational information, performance-development tools, coaching concepts, reflective activities, and practical learning experiences.

Soul Performance Academy does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services.

Mental-performance education and coaching are not substitutes for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed physician, psychologist, counselor, therapist, athletic trainer, dietitian, attorney, financial professional, or other qualified provider.

You are responsible for deciding whether the information is appropriate for your situation and for obtaining professional assistance when needed.

If you or another person is experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional. Do not rely on a course, email, discussion board, live session, or contact form for emergency assistance.

No guaranteed results

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee improvements in confidence, performance, playing time, employment, academic results, team selection, leadership opportunities, income, health, or any other specific outcome.

Testimonials, examples, case descriptions, and participant experiences do not promise that another participant will receive the same result.

8. Health, Safety, and Personal Responsibility

Some products may invite participants to practice breathing, mindfulness, journaling, communication, leadership, movement, training, or performance-related activities.

Participate only within your abilities and circumstances. Stop any activity that causes pain, distress, dizziness, injury, or another concerning response.

You are responsible for your environment, equipment, physical readiness, supervision, and decisions. Consult an appropriate professional when you have a condition, injury, disability, mental-health concern, or other reason to question whether participation is appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, the website, courses, videos, audio, worksheets, slides, graphics, downloads, exercises, frameworks, written materials, branding, and other Soul Performance Academy content are owned by or licensed to 717 Soul, LLC.

When you purchase or enroll in a product, you receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the included materials for your own personal, noncommercial educational use.

You may not, without written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute course materials;
  • Upload materials to another website or platform;
  • Share videos, downloads, worksheets, or login access;
  • Record, photograph, or redistribute protected lessons or live sessions;
  • Modify the materials and present them as your own;
  • Use the materials to create a competing course or commercial product;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
  • Use Soul Performance Academy branding in a way that suggests unauthorized endorsement.

Coaches, teachers, and team leaders may apply concepts they learn in their work but may not reproduce or distribute protected course materials unless the product includes an appropriate team, organizational, classroom, or facilitation license.

10. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, constructive, and safe learning environment.

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, or exploit others;
  • Post hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or unlawful material;
  • Reveal another person’s private information without permission;
  • Engage in inappropriate communication with minors;
  • Advertise, spam, recruit, or solicit participants without permission;
  • Disrupt a course, community, discussion, or live session;
  • Violate another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Bypass payment, enrollment, security, or access controls;
  • Use the services for an unlawful purpose.

We may remove content, restrict participation, or terminate access when conduct violates these Terms, applicable platform rules, the law, or the safety of the community.

11. User Submissions and Communications

You may submit questions, reflections, assignments, discussion posts, survey responses, contact-form messages, or other content.

You retain ownership of your original submissions. You grant Soul Performance Academy permission to host, store, display, process, and use those submissions as reasonably necessary to deliver the product, provide feedback, operate the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

We will not use a private submission as a public marketing testimonial without additional permission, except when the submission was intentionally posted in a public area.

Do not submit confidential medical records, passwords, financial account information, legal documents, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for the service.

12. Live Sessions and Recordings

Live Sessions and Guided Programs may include video meetings, group discussions, interactive activities, participant questions, chat messages, or community features.

Participants must respect the privacy of others. You may not record, screenshot, photograph, transcribe, publish, or share another participant’s comments, identity, image, or personal story without permission.

A live session may be recorded when disclosed before or during the session. The recording may be made available to enrolled participants or used for the purpose described in the recording notice.

When a session is being recorded, participants may generally keep their camera off, remain muted, or avoid sharing identifying information unless active participation is an announced program requirement.

Separate permission will be requested before an identifiable participant contribution is used for unrelated public marketing or promotional purposes.

13. Affiliate Program

Participation in the Soul Performance Academy affiliate program is subject to approval and to the terms displayed during the affiliate application process.

Affiliates must promote Soul Performance Academy accurately, transparently, and in compliance with applicable advertising, endorsement, email, privacy, and consumer-protection requirements.

Affiliates may not make false claims, guarantee results, misrepresent their relationship with Soul Performance Academy, engage in spam, or use misleading promotional practices.

Referral attribution, commission rates, referral windows, and affiliate account administration may be handled through Teachable and are subject to the applicable affiliate terms displayed by the platform.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our services may use or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, video-conferencing tools, scheduling services, email providers, podcast players, forms, social media platforms, or websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies, acts, or omissions.

15. Availability, Errors, and Changes

We work to provide accurate and useful information, but content may contain technical, factual, typographical, pricing, or formatting errors.

We may correct errors, update materials, replace resources, modify delivery methods, or change schedules when reasonably necessary.

We may cancel or reschedule a live offering due to enrollment, illness, safety, platform failure, emergency, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When appropriate, we may offer a replacement date, alternative access, account credit, or refund consistent with the applicable product policy and law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet disruptions, third-party outages, security incidents, or platform changes may temporarily limit availability.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when you violate these Terms, fail to make a required payment, share protected content, engage in unsafe or unlawful conduct, or materially disrupt the service.

Termination for a material violation does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, governing law, and other provisions that should reasonably survive will remain effective after termination.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Performance Academy products, services, websites, materials, and communications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and results.

We do not warrant that every product will meet your individual expectations, that all information will remain current, or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 717 Soul, LLC and Soul Performance Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, a product, service, website, platform, communication, or third-party link.

This includes loss of data, opportunity, revenue, profit, reputation, playing time, selection, employment, academic standing, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability relating to a particular product or service will not exceed the amount you paid directly for that product or service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and disputes relating to Soul Performance Academy will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally.

Subject to applicable law, legal proceedings relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in or serving the Pennsylvania county in which 717 Soul, LLC maintains its principal business operations.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, products, business practices, platform requirements, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.

Continuing to use the services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. General Provisions

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Teachable and other providers may also process information according to their own privacy policies.

Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, product-specific terms, checkout disclosures, and incorporated policies form the agreement between you and Soul Performance Academy regarding the applicable services.

Severability

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
